Agaricus blazei, generally refers to the Brazilian mushroom, which is a fungus of the Agaricus family and the Agaricus genus. It is native to Brazil and Peru in South America. It is a saprophytic fungus that grows in summer and autumn, and lives in a high-temperature, humid, and ventilated environment. It is a precious edible fungus.
This fungus belongs to a medium-high temperature mushroom. The mycelium growth temperature is 10-33℃. The mycelium cells die at 37℃, and the most suitable growth temperature is 22-23℃.
Brazilian mushrooms were discovered by Japanese immigrants in Brazil as early as 1960. Since the local residents had a very low incidence of diseases, Guben Longshou speculated that it was the result of long-term consumption of Brazilian mushrooms.
