What is Isatis Root Extract?
Isatis Root Extract is a yellow-brown powder extracted from the dried roots of the cruciferous plant Isatis indigotica. The main active ingredients are indigo, isatin, indigo, indigo glycoside B, uridine, uracil, hypoxanthine, and salicylic. Acid, indigo ketone, carotinoside, β-sitosterol, isatidin, C and butyl. It also contains vegetable protein, resinous substances, sugars, glucosin, various amino acids and trace elements. It has the functions of clearing away heat and detoxifying, antibacterial, antiviral, cooling blood and throat.
